 I think the question mark (?) + line saying when guard nodes change like
 gk mentioned is better than a Learn More page. Reality is most people who
 ask why guard nodes IP addresses do not change are not going to click an
 extra link to learn more (thus not solving the issue). The ? directly next
 to the Guard Node is simple, easy to understand and conveys the reason.
