 Reporting a problem: The donate button doesn't show up on the donate page
 when the page is sized for mobile devices. I saw this reported on Twitter
 and checked using my phone. On iOS 9.1 it is true using Chrome (see
 screenshot) and Onion Browser. It's not true using Firefox, which is not
 detecting the responsive design.
