 Privacy policy page should have the top nav bar and the footer from the
 default donation page. Content is been created here:
 ​https://docs.google.com/document/d/11L3VziJiP0ikghME_zoXC8enkc8CcrcELYoZezthFN4/edit

 Page should have a link at the top and the bottom: 'Donate' - that takes
 the person back to the default donation page.

 Question - should the behavior change for champions page? Instead of
 having the link take the person to default donation page it should take
 the person to the champions page they came from.
