 This ticket should be consider as the master ticket for all the tasks
 related to modifying the donation page for our crowdfunding campaign.


 The work described here is related to the page @mrphs is working at:
 https://github.com/mrphs/tor_donation

 Not our current page.

 Total pages:
 1. Default donation page in English
 2. Champions customized pages (with embed tweet) (a page for each
 champion, expected up to 10 pages like this) in English
 3. Privacy Policy page in English
 4. Donors FAQ page in English

 For the default donation page we will have copies of it using different
 URLs so we can track CTR from different sources (donation_twitter.html to
 track clicks from twitter). See sub-task below for more details.

 Stretch goal:
 Have a version in German
