 Kathy and I looked over the updater patches.  Commit
 3bb271e7ced206c73e7cf863e78cd3edd429fc70 is missing the changes made to
 browser/app/profile/000-tor-browser.js

 If it is not too much work, it probably makes sense to combine
 ca2d56823eb971a32d70cb7a4917034eca66f0d5 and
 138fa216a114bf3fd678e2b5fcf960fdbe6b0519
