Comment:

 Hi findftp. Nope, common point of confusion - arm is showing *bits* rather
 than *bytes* (note the lowercase 'b'). You can configure this with
 'features.graph.bw.transferInBytes true' in your armrc.

 Your rate of 1,250 KB, multiplied by eight, is 10000 Kb. Then divided by
 1,024 to convert Kb to Mb gives 9.765625 Mb.
