 Yes, Isabela should have access.

 Here are the steps as I understand them...

 1. Make up a unique password.
 2. Run one of the following,depending on which repository you're getting
 access to
 {{{
   htdigest -c tempfile 'Tor subversion repository' username
   htdigest -c tempfile 'Tor Project Corporate SVN' username
   htdigest -c tempfile 'Tor Project Internal SVN' username
 }}}
 Replace 'username' with your actual username, of course.
 3. Get the resulting temporary file to somebody with write access to the
 svn-access-policy repository.  Make sure to send it in authenticated way.
 (PGP signing would be good.)
 4. Once you have access, you can checkout https://svn.torproject.org/corp
 and/or https://svn.torproject.org/internal .

 We need to figure out who the right somebody is here though for step 3.  I
 have asked weasel and qbi whether it's them or me. :)
