 Problem:

 current manual spreadsheet tracking is not working. main problems are:
 delays on delivery (up to ~2months delay) and overhead to people with all
 the manual work.

 Status:

 That has been discussion and a solution was identified but never
 implemented.

 Isabela is working with  Steve and Tom to pick up the old plan and
 implement it.
