Comment (by brade):

 If we are going to fix the typo we should clarify/fix the comment.
 Tor Launcher also uses TOR_CONTROL_PASSWD.
 The last line of the comment has "with a with a".
 We dropped Bundle from the name so the abbreviation is now TB.

 So maybe something like:
 # Yes, the variable MUST be double-quoted, then single-quoted, exactly as
 # shown. This is used by TorButton and Tor Launcher to authenticate to
 Tor's
 # ControlPort and is necessary for using TB with a system-installed Tor.
