Comment:

 If there is a way to add a new resource URL in the transifex UI, I am not
 seeing it. I can only upload new files, but I can't seem to set a URL for
 them to autoupdate to fetch strings.

 We need to add the following URLs:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbutton.git/plain/src/chrome/locale/en/aboutDialog.dtd
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbutton.git/tree/src/chrome/locale/en/aboutTor.properties
