 Ok, I fixed the h !== window.outerWidth issue and pushed the branch onto
 origin/master, so we can deploy it in 5.0a1. The other issues are not
 fixed yet.

 We need to wait a bit for transifex to pick up the new property string and
 copy it to all locales, though.

 We'll also need to figure out how to manage the pref differences for this
 for 4.5.x and 5.0..
