Comment:

 We are no longer setting the default server to `jabber.ccc.de`. The
 current default is `jabber.org` (default in Instantbird) and users have to
 manually enter the server they want to use. We do make it easy by
 configuring HS access for known servers (see #13855 for the list) but
 otherwise we don't set any defaults.
