 Yes, see comment:84. In bug_9387_v12 I implemented the missing SVG
 preference into the slider which should make it ready for prime time.

 One thing arma noted on IRC is that we might want to think about really
 having "Low" as a slider label: "Look, the Tor folks are shipping their
 Tor Browser by default with low security!!1!1". I am inclined to keep it
 the way it currently is, though.
