 Atlas displays the fingerprints of relays that a given relay has in his
 MyFamily statement, no matter wheter this has any actual meaning (is setup
 mutually).

 Since we have already the code that shows you the list of relays a given
 relay is part of, lets just point to it.

 Example:

 https://atlas.torproject.org/#details/5CECC5C30ACC4B3DE462792323967087CC53D947

 the "Family Members" link on that relays atlas page should point to:

 https://compass.torproject.org/#?exit_filter=all_relays&links&sort=cw&sort_reverse&country=&family=5CECC5C30ACC4B3DE462792323967087CC53D947&top=-1

 That will make it more obvious to relay ops if they have non-perfect
 MyFamily setups.
