 There is a `hotfix/9380-duplicate-extrainfo-error`
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/log/?h=hotfix/9380
 -duplicate-extrainfo-error branch] which fixes a minor error from the
 above branch.
