Comment:

 Well, the first [https://metrics.torproject.org/about.html frequently
 asked question] contains a link to CollecTor, though I have to admit that
 the About page is not exactly trivial to find.

 There are plans to add links to CollecTor, Onionoo, ExoneraTor, etc. to
 the footer as part of the Metrics website redesign.

 Closing, because I don't know what to do here other than work on the
 Metrics website redesign which will make the existing link to CollecTor
 more visible.
