 Nice work, Yawning and qbi.

 I wondered why this error was never reported about pyobfsproxy; it's
 because pyobfsproxy does like Yawning suggests and re-reads the cookie
 file on every new server connection.

 I'm fine with moving readAuthCookieFile from ServerSetup to DialOr or
 extOrPortAuthenticate in goptlib.
