 It looks like Atlas' index page includes HTTP-sourced JS when loaded by
 IE:

 {{{
     <!-- Le HTML5 shim, for IE6-8 support of HTML elements -->
     <!--[if lt IE 9]>
       <script
 src="http://html5shim.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js"></script>
     <![endif]-->
 }}}

 The URL seems to support HTTPS just fine, so we can change that easily.
 Alternatively, IE 9 seems to be old, so I also wouldn't mind if we just
 dump that snippet.
