 This involves adding support to ooniprobe for testing if certain
 censorship circumvention tools (CCT) work.

 If you have a specific tool that you would like us to see tested please
 comment on this ticket or create a new ticket that has this one as a
 parent.

 We have agreed to only support open source tools and limit our study.
