 I sat down with Alison and we tried to impove the
 https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorExitGuidelines. It
 contains now very helpful information for exit relay operators. So we'd
 suggest to put a link to that page on all pages at TPO which advise to set
 up an exit relay.

 A link to this page is now somewhere at the page (where usually nowone
 finds it) and it has to go at the top of the page.

 Our suggestion:

 > Considering running an exit relay?
 > If you want to be successful, you must read this exit relay guidelines.
