 I've also just noticed the warning ''(in their email)'' about
 TestingDirAuthVoteExit.
 This option is fairly important.

 Depending on your version of tor, and the exact configuration of your
 chutney network, the network could:
 * take up to 30 minutes to bootstrap and stabilise (if at least one exit
 is an authority or has AssumeReachable set)
 * never bootstrap (if there are no exits that are authorities or have
 AssumeReachable set)

 To overcome this issue, please set:
 `AssumeReachable 1`
 in your relay and exit torrc templates.
