 There's a very early draft in my branch: `feature16301-fuzz-draft`
 on: https://github.com/teor2345/tor.git

 It isn't very useful right now, as it only fuzzes torrc parsing.
 And I haven't tested it on Linux yet.
 (But that's why I uploaded it to GitHub, so I could merge it on my Linux
 box.)
