 I've added a couple of patches to the list in comment:11 to bring it up to
 date with the ​branch at https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-
 browser.git/log/?h=tor-browser-31.7.0esr-5.0-1 . One of these patches
 (`fixup! Bug 10280...`) was rebased to tor-browser-31.7.0esr-5.0-1 to
 tb_GECKO380esr_2015050513_RELBRANCH+1 and the other was already present in
 FF38ESR.
