 Please create "tor-teacher" lists. This list is going to be public and
 used by tor teachers and trainers to build a community, circulate training
 materials and get feedback.

 mrphs = nima at torproject.org; is going to be maintaining the list.

 Alison = macrina at riseup.net; has agreed to help to form the community and
 keep the list on topic, healthy and alive.
