 A patch I proposed for [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/1078657 Mozilla Bug
 1078657] was recently accepted in mozilla-central. This patch adds a file,
 SpanwTask.js, that makes it simple to use coroutines in mochitests. So
 here's a new version of the 16429 branch, with the patch backported and
 the regression tests refactored to make use of SpawnTask.js. Otherwise
 everything in this branch is the same.
