 I appreciate the clarification. So the only concern would be if an
 uncoordinated change to BWAuth behavior occurs. And BWAuths don't have a
 spec, so it can happen. Wouldn't your desire to visualize measurements be
 out of scope for Onionoo? It's closer to metrics-web.
