 If that all that's needed I can add that and save you the trouble
 (Especially since I'll probably squash/rebase my branch anyway).  Sorry
 for the extra work, and thanks.

 I'm somewhat curious to see if the ntor benchmark also is faster with my
 additions, but since the donna code appears to be getting built correctly
 by clang, I'm 99% sure the table based precomputation stuff is faster (as
 intended).
