 In order to keep Faravahar (tor directory auth) up to date with the bad-
 exit repository, which is private, I need an account so proper permissions
 and access can be granted.

 I am not exactly sure what ticket and for whome, so this is an attempt to
 reach the right person in charge. Assuming phobos is still not handling
 this :)

 Can I get sina at torproject.org please?
