 Updated ticket12585_v3 branch includes:
   * Ability to pass lists of default ports into
 parse_unix_socket_config(), and SocksSocket/ControlSocket 0 syntax to
 disable defaults
   * Removal of redundant foosocketsgroupwriteable in
 connection_listener_new()
   * Removal of wrong comment from connection.c
   * Correct initialization of ipv4/ipv6_traffic bits in port_cfg_t in
 config.c when setting up AF_UNIX ports, and removal of hacky workarounds
 in
 connection_ap_get_begincell_flags()/connection_ap_handshake_rewrite_and_attach()/connection_ap_handshake_rewrite_and_attach().
