 Given that Dropbox is not accessible within mainland China, the current
 GetTor is useless there. We should find alternative cloud services in
 order to avoid this. These new services must have a Python API/module.
 From comments I've received, services that are popular or based in
 mainland China are not an option.

 Below is a list of suggestions (I'll update it as we get more):

 Dropbox: Blocked.
 Google Drive: Blocked.
 Microsoft SkyDrive/OneDrive: Blocked.
 Mega: Intermittently blocked (~33% of the time).
 Yandex.disk: Not blocked. Based on Russia.
 Github: Blocked.
