 Messaging window is jailed to type=content and is additionally
 [https://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-beta/source/chat/modules/imContentSink.jsm
 XSS filtered] immediately prior to display.

 We've further removed [https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-messenger-
 build.git/tree/projects/instantbird/links.patch anchor tags] from strict
 mode to resolve the ambiguity in #13618.
