Comment (by starlight):

 Forgot to mention that some installer
 binaries that briefly existed in \Temp
 were blocked by AppLocker.  Had to
 add a temporary "run *" rule to complete
 the install.  So please include installer
 .EXEs and .DLLs, even ones that are
 immediately deleted.
