 Hello! You may have better luck with finding Tor relay configuration help
 at tor-talk at lists.torproject.org or tor-relays at lists.torproject.org.

 That said, for (1) your friends should be entering lines which look like
 `Bridge obfs3 IP:PORT FINGERPRINT` and `Bridge scramblesuit IP:PORT
 FINGERPRINT password=YOUR_SCRAMBLESUIT_PASSWORD`.
