 I assume you mean that the dialog is shown repeatedly (each time you start
 the browser)?  We fixed a similar issue in #16269 (involving meek), but it
 was fixed.  Kathy and I have not experienced this behavior.  Does it occur
 with 5.0 -> 5.0.1 or was this on the alpha channel?
