Comment:

 You can find a fix in `bug15816_027_02`.

 It's medium-ish size split in 4 commits. Some refactoring was needed to
 come up with a reasonable fix. All this work made me wonder if
 `last_hid_serv_requests` table is at all useful but I'll leave that for
 another ticket.
