 See branch `bug15744_027_02_asn` in my repo for a small extra feature.

 Now the log message also displays the lifetime of the intro circs, to give
 us a better idea of the churn of hidden services. For example:

 Noting down dead intro circ with 4 introductions (lifetime: 23 seconds).
 }}}

 Also, the current HEAD will not build with `--enable-gcc-warnings` because
 of:

 src/or/rephist.c: In function ‘rep_hist_reset_hs_stats’:
 src/or/rephist.c:2985:19: error: comparison between signed and unsigned
 integer expressions [-Werror=sign-compare]
      for (i = 0; i < histo_len; i++) {

 seems easy to fix.
