 those disappear, so you are left with a large black margin at the bottom
 of the screen.

 Setting browser.fullscreen.animateUp to 0 seems to fix this, but only
 sometimes:  When you press F11 you seem to randomly get either full screen
 with or without the navigation/title bars.
