Yes, it's still in the taskbar, and it is in the ALT-TAB list. However,
clicking/selecting it does nothing. I can right click on the Tor Button
icon in the task bar and choose "Open New Window", but after several
seconds it says "Tor Browser is already running, but is not responding".
Do you have a Windows 7 installation to reproduce this on? You probably
already know, but https://www.modern.ie/ has free Windows VMs.
