 A good portion (but not a majority) of questions the help desk gets asked
 are answered directly on the FAQ. I propose we add a link to
 https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq on the about:tor page. This may help
 to reduce the number of help desk requests we receive in the long term. A
 link to the FAQ would not be a replacement for a Tor Browser user manual
 (an entirely different, but also helpful, solution). Mike says either the
 manual or the FAQ page could be linked to from the "What's next" box.
