 Cross-compiling ICU for 32bit OS X is currently broken (see: #12812) and
 not worth fixing given that we are about to stop 32bit support for OSX. It
 is therefore disable at the moment in .mozconfig-mac. Enable it again when
 we switch to 64bit builds.
