 Are there still logs needed for this? I have been getting this problem
 since upgrading from 0.2.4.22 to 0.2.4.23. I am collecting a debug log
 file; once the issue shows up in it (it's an intermitent problem) I could
 provide it if it will help expedite a resolution.
