 The new consensus-health codebase is using tip-of-stem. I'm not sure when
 the consensus-health.torproject.org webpage will be cut over, but the new
 codebase is running and viewable at http://utternoncesense.com/ and
 includes longclaw.  (It is omitted from the top 'Signatures' section
 because it lacks the Authority flag, and therefore it's signature is not
 included in the consensus.)
