 Nice work!  A few UI comments based on my experience with 4.5-alpha-1
 (build 1) on Mac OS:
 * We need to make this easier to find.  At a minimum, the "Privacy and
 Security Settings" should be selected when the Torbutton Preferences
 window is first opened.  But I still think this should be presented at
 first run of the browser.
 * The slider UI is nice.  Hints as to what the settings actually do are
 definitely a "must have"; otherwise, users have no idea what the tradeoffs
 are among the different settings.  Maybe provide a very short explanation
 next to each slider position and place a larger text box below that
 displays a fuller explanation that changes as you change positions?
 Experimentation is needed.
 * I want to be able to click the text to switch slider positions.  I'd
 categorize this as "nice to have."
