 I would second the idea to use IFTTT, but would warn that, even though
 IFTTT uses Twitter's OAUTH API, IFTTT requests the "IFTTT would like to be
 able send tweets as you" permission. But perhaps this is not a problem for
 us, and the convenience of automated blog post tweeting overrides any
 paranoid schizophrenic concerns that some disgruntled IFTTT employee might
 suddenly decide to tweet ''"New Tor Browser available at
 !https://torbrowserbundle.com"'' from the @torproject account.
