 My thought was to have an educational label that associated the countries
 with web-facing exit relays (not that long of a list unfortunately) with
 their country codes. This could be modified later as needed.
 The other thought was to have a label encouraging users not to configure
 their exit node unless they knew they needed to. The phrasing would need
 to be worked out. Maybe that's too many labels though.
