Comment:

 Moving to the Tor launcher component, because my rudimentary pattern-
 matching skills found the substring tor-launcher.

 Badon, can you shut down all your other things, and try it, and confirm
 that it works in that case? And if so, bring them back one at a time to
 get some more details on which one is causing your problem?
