 All I did was add two lines to Data\Tor\torrc:

 {{{
 ExitNodes {us}
 StrictExitNodes1
 }}}

 After I save the file and restart tor, I get the "tor unexpectedly exited"
 error. If I remove the two lines and save, the error goes away.
