New description:

 Instantbird requires changes to its application programming interface
 before we can add Off-the-Record messaging support to it.  We have been
 [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=983347#c14 discussing
 requirements] with the Instantbird developers.  We were planning to get
 our code changes merged into the main Instantbird codebase by May 15.
 This is currently blocking on feedback by the Instantbird developers,
 which is why we're now aiming for June 15. Arlo is working on this task.
