 Thanks for opening the ticket; Suggestions for useful metadata options:
 (i) Network Name (e.g. XYZ University), (ii) Perhaps a choice from a fixed
 set of network types (company, university/school, government), (iii) and
 long/lat coordinates.

 I'm new to the OONI project, but I'd be happy to help with the
 implementation if someone could give me some initial pointers.
