 javascript.options.baselinejit.content seems to help with simple JS
 benchmarks around the net, but
 according to https://octane-benchmark.googlecode.com/svn/latest/index.html
 and http://dromaeo.com/, the additional perf benefit from ion and
 typeinference is substantial.

 I am still not sure what we should do by default. Has the helpdesk seen
 mail about this yet? If so, how much?
